Welcome to the distriqt // air native extensions UserVoice site. This site is designed for you to leave feedback and suggestions on the native extensions, or even just to let us know how we are doing.

We are constantly looking for new extensions to develop so feel free to suggest ideas! We would love to know what you would like to see in our extensions, any enhancements or new extensions that we haven’t currently implemented.

  1. Updating of NativeWebView extension

    I use NativeWebView extension.

    The following message is displayed when uploading to the ios app store.

    ITMS-90809: Deprecated API Usage - Apple will stop accepting submissions of apps that use UIWebView APIs starting from April 2020

    Are there plans to update the NativeWebView extension?

  3. AIR 32 Beta SDK crashes with your ANEs

    Testing out the AIR 32 Beta SDK and your core + proximity sensor ANEs, getting an error compiling whereas the same project compiles fine in AIR 31. Just a heads up!

  4. Can you please just share a email id to post issues???

    Share ane gives error when trying to package in Flashdevelop

    "application.xml: error 402: Current Android sdk version doesn't support extensions as xml tag

    APK setup creation FAILED.

    Troubleshooting:
    - verify AIR SDK target version in application.xml

  6. Fix ANE InAppBilling

    Setup the test example from your website. Try purchasing something and listen for
    InAppBilling.service.addEventListener( PurchaseEvent.PURCHASES_UPDATED, onPurchaseUpdate );

    when native dialogue opens, click outside to cancel the purchase. Notice that onPurchaseUpdate is fired, but transaction state is Purchase.STATE_UNKNOWN:

  7. Add to faq list usefull tool to debug ios devices

    also add this tool from blackberry to faq.
    It is more usefull than itools or itunes for Windows users.

    simple running command

  9. iOS11: NFC / RFID Support

    I know there is already an Android NFC suggestion, however with the imminent release of iOS11 - and the fact that FINALLY iOS11 will allow devices to interact with NFC cards/fobs/products:

    Please can we have a n ANE that will allow iOS11 devices to read the UDID (or Serial Number/CSN) from RFID cards / fobs?

    I can't believe it has taken Apple this long to open up the NFC area to developers - but it would be great as a start just to be able to READ the serial numbers off of NFC / RFID products.

  11. InAppBilling Crash on Android

    Hello distriqt team

    We receive notifications from our users on Google Play that the application is down when the payment is made.
    Can you provide a temporary workaround until the bug is fixed?

  12. Audio Recording or MP3 Encoder

    Hello, Distriqt team!

    My name is Mikhail Nitsenko, and I’m software developer from Almaty, Kazakhstan.
    We’ve recently bought your Master Collection – it’s awesome, thank you, guys!

    We use AIR for mobile development for Android platform only over last 4 years. For this moment, one of our clients wants to implement audio recording in application.

    Requirements:

    • Android platform
    • Audio recording should start/stop “in background” on demand – while app is running and doing it’s tasks – if it’s possible
    • If audio recording “in background” is impossible – record audio on single app screen
    • Microphone recording should be encoded to MP3…

  14. Upgrade the Image ANE to be able to capture the screen

    If the performance is good enough on the newest phones could your Image ANE be able to record audio and video to a file, or stream to YouTube, Facebook and Twitter?
    This is a feature that has always been missing for actionscript on desktop and mobile.

  15. Mistakes in Share documentation

    For the Share extension, the file "i.Add the Extension.md" says to "add the ShareActivity listing below to your manifest", but there is no ShareActivity listed in that file.

  16. Onesignal Support For Push Notifications ANE

    I currently use the Milkman Games extension for Push Notifications because it supports Onesignal with literally one line of code.

    It would be great if you guys could support this so I can keep all my ANE's under one hood.
