Saving image to device
Right now AIR is not capable to save an image directly to iOS photo or Android Gallery. Usually developers have to open the image in a web browser for the user to download.
12 votesWe have added the `saveToCameraRoll` function to be able to save a bitmap data instance to an image in the user’s camera roll.

Android x86 support?
Since there is an android x86 support, it would be awesome if you can recompile your extensions for x86 processors.

Dev Subscription Account
Please Make an option to pay you a reoccurring fee to have access to updates and new stuff as it comes out. I for one would pay monthly for this type of access. Right now it is difficult so see what I own/do not own.

Parse.com ANE
Parse.com has a great backend that's really popular with iOS, Android, and other platforms. The API includes methods for data management, file upload, user sign-up/sign-in, Facebook integration, Twitter integration, email notification, scalability, and others. It would make a great ANE.

Screen Recording
I believe in lollipop and above, native screen recording can be done without requiring root. There are a few apps in the app store that can do this such as the link below. It would be good if we had an ANE that would allow recording of an air app so users could record game play or create video content of their application without the need to buy a third party app that leaves the experience disjointed. Note that diadraw (another ANE provider) currently provides this capability for iOS only so a good cross platform solution would be great.

Any plans for an ANE to support Touch ID on iOS?

PDF Reader, new feature requests
PDF Reader, new feature requests
Option to open the PDF in specified rectangular viewport, rather than just full screen.
Add ability to detect when hyperlinks in the PDF have been selected, so that the app can respond when these are selected (including preventing a hyperlink from working).

Local notifications ANE
This extension works fine on IOS but on Android with some bugs.
On Android if we set few notifications with fire dates of several minutes we receive them only when the app is running.
If we close the app all notifications that had to be fired are ignored or cleared.
We tried same thing to do with the example project included with the notification.
Any one encountered this issue and how to fix that?7 votes -
Custom icons for LocalNotification
When using a local notification, I want to be able to use custom icons. So the icons can reflect the content of the message. Like in the Gmail App on Android, When I receive a notification for a new mail, the avatar of the sender is used as Icon.

It would be great to have an ANE to access the Alarm Manager API on Android.

iOS11: NFC / RFID Support
I know there is already an Android NFC suggestion, however with the imminent release of iOS11 - and the fact that FINALLY iOS11 will allow devices to interact with NFC cards/fobs/products:
Please can we have a n ANE that will allow iOS11 devices to read the UDID (or Serial Number/CSN) from RFID cards / fobs?
I can't believe it has taken Apple this long to open up the NFC area to developers - but it would be great as a start just to be able to READ the serial numbers off of NFC / RFID products.

Improve Contacts ANE please!
Can u expand the information available in the Contacts ANE?
Being able to retrieve the contacts based on the "modificationDate" (to get only new contacts starting from a unix timestamp), or increase the contact data with available social accounts, ims accounts, more "names" (nickname, phonetic name, title), notes, etc?6 votesHi,

Custom URL scheme checking ANE
Many apps utilize custom URL scheme to provide app to app communication (e.g. twitter:// fb://). When the app is not available, developers should implement a fall back mechanism.
Currently there are no way for AIR to check whether the custom URL scheme is valid or not.
6 votesWe have recently added this method to our Application ANE for iOS.
That ANE now includes a method “checkUrlSchemeSupport” which will check any URL scheme you pass in.
This is a new feature so please report any feedback or issues with this method.

Simple Pick List ANE
A simple pick list ANE. I want to let users choose the menu language, or other cases where I have a simple text list and only need the user to pick one item.
This is different to the native scrolling list ANE. I may well have only 20 items in the list, and the list is dismissed once the user makes their choice.

Multi-line text input Dialog
Would it be possible for you to extend the very useful Dialog ANE to allow a multi line text input?
Another very useful attribute would be to be able to specify the soft keyboard type when displaying these dialogs.

Becon detection in iphone is random
Hi just bought your beacon ane. I am using your example. In android it works fine. In iphone , the beacon detection is very random . Sometimes it doesn't detect uuid at all . Is there any settings I am missing?

Any info on "new better packages"
im keen to buy your ANE package however I noticed this line
"The original package will be phased out soon in favour of new better packages but you can still get it for the remainder of March."
is there any info on the new better packages?
if I buy current package is there a upgrade cost?

Gyroscope
We know there have been a few issues with the Gyroscope that we've been communicating with different people about at various points.
We're currently testing a new version and want to make sure we've addressed everyone's issues, so could you please add a comment to this post describing the issue you've experienced (or a link to where we discussed it), with as much information about the environment as you can.
